Wow!!!! Billy is the best example of customer service that I have experienced in a very long time! We had him here to fix issues with my husbands computer and my computer went nuts while he was here. He was here the same day we called too. He fixed every issue with both had in a short time. My laptop has never worked better!!! Billy is very professional, explains everything very thoroughly, makes sure you understand everything he is doing, has a great smile and a lovely personality!! He is now our go to guy for ANY computer issue we have in the future!! Would highly recommend him!!
